About the Game
MISREGISTER is a free HTML5 puzzle arcade game that plays instantly in your browser with no download. You are working a four-page seam proof pressed on one cuboid. Ink lands on the page facing you, but after every shot the press turns to a page you did not pick, and the ink keeps pressing down on all four pages.
Clear matching ink before the page fills. Three or more of one ink pop, even across pages, and anything left hanging falls. Drift adds a row to all four pages on a timer. One bubble over the trim rail spoils the edition, so every shot needs a plan.
How to Play
- Aim and fire: Drag to aim on desktop and phones, then release to fire a shot.
- Use the corners: A shot that reaches a corner carries onto the next page.
- Clear matches: Pop three or more matching ink marks, even across pages, to remove them and drop anything left hanging.
- Watch Drift: Drift adds a row to all four pages on a timer, so keep the board under control.
- Protect the edition: One bubble over the trim rail spoils the edition and ends the run.
Controls
- Desktop and phone: Drag to aim and release to fire.
- Keyboard: Press A and D to turn the block.
- Touch: Use the two on-screen TURN pads to turn the block.
- HUD: Use the pause and mute keys, and press END to pull the sheet and bank the score.
Scoring and Tips
A pop scores 10 points, a fall scores 15 points, and each extra page one pop crossed adds 25 points. Chain pops across pages when possible, keep space around the trim rail, and use corner shots to reach the next page before Drift adds another row.
MISREGISTER is easy to pick up on desktop or mobile and rewards careful aim, page awareness, and quick decisions under pressure.
